Frequently Asked Questions

To train at KYN, you don’t need any prior experience or abilities. From expert combatants to complete beginners, we have something for everyone. Before you progress, the trainers will always teach you the fundamentals.

No you don’t need to stay with us to train. You are able to join the group sessions or book in a private lesson.

We have limited our student numbers to keep our classes top quality and to stop our gym from becoming overcrowded. 

Personal protective equipment (hand wraps, gloves, and mouthpiece) is required for obvious reasons of safety, comfort, and hygiene.

Students who do not bring their own equipment can purchase it at a reasonable price at our on-site shop or borrow from our gym. 

Water is available at the gym for free, but please remember to bring your own bottle to fill.

If you plan to participate in the morning run, don’t forget to bring your running shoes.

Our kitchen team is more than happy to create vegan and vegetarian options for you. 

Yes, we are able to organise scooter rental.

Yes, you can book in for a private lesson with one of our trainers. 

We have limited our student numbers to keep our classes top quality and to stop our gym from becoming overcrowded. So please book in advance through the booking form as we tend to get booked up quickly. Because of this anybody staying in outside accommodation will only be able to take part in private lessons.

Yes, if staying longer than two months please get in touch and we can organise a discount.

You don’t need to speak Thai to train with us. Our trainers all speak English .
